For those who have signed up, here are some important details to help you prepare for the day:

Check-in: 9:00 AM – 9:30 AM. Be sure to arrive during this time so we can get you all set up! Check-in is located on the third floor. Volunteers will guide you to the right area. Look for balloons marking the entrances!

Parking: There is street parking available, as well as parking in the Symbol lot behind the Dominion Payroll building. The event will take place at the Dominion Payroll and CKG offices.

For Students Under 15: If you are under the age of 15, please remember that a parent or guardian must come inside the building to check you out.

Monument 10K: This weekend also coincides with the Monument Avenue 10K! Please plan accordingly, as this event will affect traffic and road closures around the area. Street closures will begin on Friday, April 11th at 10:00 AM, with Broad St. and Grace St. closing early on Saturday, April 12th. All roads will reopen by 5:00 PM on Saturday. Please refer to this map for more details.
Given these closures, we highly recommend giving yourself extra time to arrive. Please plan your route and allow for additional travel time.
